Harvest Videos: How Green Demolition and Eco Salvage Works
Green Building with Recycled Materials
Harvest Eco-Salvage has multiple chapters across the US including HarvestWest, HarvestMarin, HarvestAustin, HarvestDenver, HarvestDMV.
We are an environmental program that has been approved for permanent status by the IRS as a 501c3 Non-Profit Corporation. Our business plan allows us to grant Non-Cash Charitable Tax Deductions. We base these on the market value of in-place real estate improvements that are donated to us. The appraisal is performed by an IRS Qualified Real Estate Appraiser. With Harvest, the appraisal considers what it would cost today to replace the property improvements.
Homeowner? Planning to Demo? Don’t JUST Demo – Demo, Donate, & Deduct with Harvest Eco-Salvage.
We’re dedicated to keeping usable and recyclable building materials out of our landfills. Over 2 decades, we’ve conserved millions of tons of building materials from being consigned to landfills. We’ve also disbursed millions of dollars in Charitable Non-Cash Donations to donors like you.
We come to your property to evaluate and salvage readily-usable materials and donate them to our non-profit partners.
Created a WIN-WIN situation for everyone involved! Visit harvestecosalvage.org/contact-us to start the conversation.
